1:1 TRANSFORMATION + EMBODIMENT RESOURCING
I hold a limited number of 1:1 coaching spaces for individuals ready to transform holistically and fully. I integrate and customize my practice for each individual, orienting to their unique context, potential, intentions, needs, and desires. This includes but is not limited to exploring your unique essence through sacred systems, somatic embodiment work and nervous system attunement, shadow work, mindfulness practices, ritual, and immersive experiences in nature as gateways for activating dormant creative outlets. ​We will explore and practice how move through the world authentically and coherently within all facets of life: your self expression, home life, relationships, creative practice, career, community involvement, and beyond. My clients range from CEOs, founders and entrepreneurs, to therapists, healers, other facilitators, and artists. This path and practice is designed to support leaders, visionaries, artists, change-makers, space-holders, and individuals who are ready to explore, embody, and expand into these roles. ​

SO•MA X GOLDEN KIN WORKSHOP
A 4-HOUR WORKSHOP TO EXPLORE THE WAY SOMATIC PRACTICE, CREATIVE RITUAL, AND COMMUNITY CAN EMPOWER YOUR ARTISTRY
December 8th | 2-6pm | Hudson, NY
I will guide you through meditation, breathwork, movement, and sensory awareness exercises before inviting you to tap into your creativity within Golden Kin Studio. By releasing resistance, fostering self-awareness, and nurturing deep imagination, we invite you to reconnect with yourself by harnessing the wisdom of your body to create from a place of deep presence and authenticity. Participants will have the opportunity to be professionally photographed by Golden Kin co-founder, Kate Warren, creating unique portraits from a place of reflection in response to the workshop (note: photography will only occur during specific moments of the workshop and only with consent) and you will receive 3 high-res digital photos. We will conclude with a heartfelt group dinner, offering a space to deepen connections and share creative intentions within the community cultivated throughout the experience. No prior experience in movement or art is necessary— bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
SO•MA x AGRAHANA GROUP IMMERSION
A TRANSFORMATIVE CONTAINER FOR ESTABLISHED, EMERGING, AND CURIOUS ARTISTS, CREATIVES, DREAMERS, LEADERS AND VISIONARIES
FEBRUARY - APRIL, 2025
A 12-week virtual group journey exploring sacred systems, somatic practice, expressive movement, myth, contemplation, and artistic rituals to heal and liberate creative potential…because consciously entering into a metamorphic process is deeply linked to activating creativity and novel expression.
We will explore the relationship between your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual landscape, a doorway to directly experiencing the holographic nature of your body and its profound connection with Nature and Cosmos. We will land deeply into this experience of the body through the practice of Agrahana, working with the innate intelligence of the whole body to heal itself through conscious connection with archetypal energetics, natural developmental movements, and organic patterns.
From this place, we will explore mythic worlds, expressive movement, and artistic rituals to activate creative potentials within you…and how expression serves to integrate healing and open new pathways for individual and collective transformation. In other words, we’ll make art that goes beyond social norms and the aesthetic alone. Rather, art in support of conscious evolutionary process.​​​

SO•MA CIRCLE
A SMALL GROUP PRACTICE SPACE TO CONSCIOUSLY CULTIVATE YOUR CREATIVE PRACTICE IN AN EMBODIED WAY
FEBRUARY - MARCH, 2025
Over the course of 8 weeks, enter into a creative portal, a space to consciously create intentions, cultivate aligned energy states within yourself, and allow art and offerings to emerge from that place. We will explore somatic movement and embodiment practices in support of cultivating an internal space that allows for deep imagination, creativity, and organic expression to unfold. You will be part of a small group of devoted creatives who will collectively hold a field of accountability and a space for being safely and lovingly witnessed in early expressions. We will align ourselves with the lunar cycle and work with key astrological transits to support you attuning to and working with collective energies in a more harmonious and resonant way. Between sessions, you will receive contemplations and invitations for you to be with as you build and maintain your practice.

Prior experience with somatic practice is required. Please reach out if we haven't worked together already, but you're interested in joining.
PRIVATE IMMERSIONS
I offer a limited number of in-person immersions to guide and resource leaders, visionaries, artists, change-makers, space-holders, individuals and small groups in regenerating and transforming themselves at the deepest levels. I integrate and customize my practice for each space, orienting to the unique context, potential, intentions, needs, and desires. This includes but is not limited to exploring essence through sacred systems, somatic embodiment work and nervous system attunement, shadow work, mindfulness practices, ritual, medicine work, and creative practice. ​This is a deep, devotional space for individuals ready to transform holistically and fully. ​I prioritize existing clients, but work with new individuals and groups on a case-by-case basis.

HUMAN DESIGN + ASTROLOGY READING
I work with sacred systems to support individuals in connecting to their deepest essence and soul's nature. Through the Geometry of Grace paradigm, I draw upon human design and astrology (Western and Vedic) to support holistic transformation. Using these different systems together allows for a multi-dimensional exploration of how to come into right relationship with our own multi-dimensional nature. In a 60- or 90-minute reading, we will explore your birth charts to uncover the core facets of your energy system, natural self-expression, personality, deeper psychological layers, strengths, challenges, gifts, and potentials within your life path, career, home, relationships, family, and beyond. We will also look at transits to see what's happening for you now and over the next few months.
